The Kiwanis West Shelter is the first shelter just inside the park to the right, or south, of the entrance road. A parking lot and restroom facilities are found near this shelter. This is a large open-sided shelter that will accommodate approximately 150 persons.

The reservation fee of $60 (or $50 resident discount fee) can be paid by cash, check or credit card and made in person or by phone at the Park Administrative Office. Shelter fees are non-refundable and are due in full when the reservation is made.
