Shelter Reservation Packages
Packages can provide everything you could possibly need
to make your special event as effortless as possible, since the Park’s Concierge
will make arrangements to have the items ready at your shelter on the day of your
event. Not sure what you’ll need for your number
of guests? Work with the Parks
Concierge to help you determine what’s best.
Let us do the work while you have the fun!
You can upgrade to packages up to one week prior to your
event, even after booking the shelter. Packages begin at $80.

A la Carte Rentals available with Shelter Rental
Each fun pack includes volleyball and net, 4 badminton
rackets, 6 birdies, croquet set, horseshoe set, bean bag set, football, soccer ball,
playground ball, 12 cones, or discs (depending on location of picnic), family fun
activity idea book, delivery, setup, takedown, and return.
Includes grill, propane, grill utensil set, delivery, setup,
takedown, and return.
$15-$45 Includes complimentary Valparaiso Parks tote bag,
dinner plates, dessert plates, plastic cups, forks, knives, spoons, napkins, extra
garbage bags, and wet wipes.

Each shelter comes with a set number of picnic tables (as indicated in the popup
page). Tables seat approximately 8-10 persons. Additional picnic tables available
in sets of 4 for $40 (at any park including Rogers-Lakewood) and 2 for $25 (at Rogers-Lakewood
Park only). (Must be reserved and paid for in advance).
