And please feel to contact us with any additional questions or concerns that you might have.

Q: Where are you located and what are your offices hours?

A: We are located at 3210 N. Campbell St. about a block north of the Valparaiso High School across the street from Keystone Commons. We are open Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Q: How far in advance can I make shelter reservations?

A: All shelters may be reserved starting on January 2. The Butterfield Family Pavilion, Ogden Gardens and Tri-Kappa Gazebo may be reserved two years in advance.

Q: May my child play up or down in a sports league?

A: We encourage all of our participants to play in there assigned age group. If there is a child that feels that he or she can play in a higher age group, they will be allowed, but a child that is in an older age group may not play in a younger age group.

Q: How big is the Butterfield Family Pavilion?

A: The Butterfield Family Pavilion is an enclosed 5,000 square foot building. This building has a seating capacity of 250 people.
